In Oregon we expect it to rain. Now the fact that the only 3 hours of rain all week was during our car wash did not dampen our enthusiasm. It did cut down on the number of cars, but we had some generous donations. One car owner donated $80. So we ate doughnuts and apples, and talked a lot in between washing the 5 cars. It was a good start and we look forward to next year's event. - St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Independence, OR
We had over 30 youth from ages 12-27 who offered 5 hours of washing cars. Even in the threaten weather of rain, no rain fell but that didn't mean our youth remained dry! They had lots of fun and were very excited to wash cars for LIFE! We had a representative from Family Resource Clinic who came out to speak to the youth about what the Clinic has to offer. - Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Denham Springs, LA
This was our third year hosting the wash for life. We prayed before and after the Wash and talked to the students about "Pro-life vs. Pro-choice". The students were so on fire for the wash. We even had a younger guy come by and get his bike washed!! - Notre Dame Prep High School, Pontiac, MI
We had a great time! We don't have a place to wash with water, so we have an "inside" car wash for life. We take windex, armor all wipes, and a shop vac and detail the inside of the car. It was a great idea with a good return! - St. Mark Catholic Church - Edge, Huntersville, NC
I know we will do this again!! Was a blast. THANK TO ALL!! and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORKS - Crossroads Christian Church, Salinas, CA
